Today we ran into the sitting capacity problem with SPAD. Our renewed permit had a sitting capacity of 5 from the old vehicle specification and even with the SPAD letter reference SPAD.RBL.600/15(S)-1/1/6(1) “BILANGAN TEMPAT DUDUK YANG DIBENARKAN”, the Penang
SPAD office says they were not inform by SPAD HQ thus we had to fill up the “Permohonan Ubahsyarat” SPAD B4 (2014).
So its just another round of Form filling. Can the Secretariat take up matter with SPAD HQ to request them to disseminate information to all the relevant State SPAD offices?
